The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee hospitality services and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to oversee all aspects of hospitality services at Hammond Stadium. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the fan experience, managing VIP services, suites, picnics, and assisting special events. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

- Staff Scheduling and Management for Catering Department
- Advanced Catering Order Point of Contact for all events
- Invoicing, Records, and Equipment Management for Catering Department
- Verify safety and sanitation guidelines are being followed by all staff
- Work with VP of Food and Beverage to develop and maintain profitability plan for all hospitality locations
- Approach all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Support any other Food & Beverage department as needed.
- Exemplify the core characteristics of a strong culture, including strong interpersonal skills, prompt and professional follow-through, and an openness to new ideas and suggestions.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, with experience in sports, entertainment, or large venues highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including staff, vendors, and VIP guests.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.
- Experience with event planning and managing large-scale events.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
- Must Be Safe Serve Certified or able to become certified within 90 days of employment.
