JOB OVERVIEW
The Videoboard operator is responsible for executing audio and visual needs by operating control room equipment at Hammond Stadium and enhancing fan experience for Mussels games and other ballpark events.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Operate control room equipment contributing to a successful and entertaining live production at Hammond Stadium.
- Responsible for setting up and preparing equipment for games / events.
- Perform duties at a high level in a fast-paced working environment with great attention to detail.
- Prompt and mandatory attendance at gameday meetings and rehearsals as assigned.
- Assist with shutdown and executing post-event production responsibilities.
- Show respect and care for control room equipment and cameras and shared workspaces.
- Be able to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment to elevate live production.
- Exemplify the core characteristics of a strong culture, including strong interpersonal skills, prompt and professional follow-through, and an openness to new ideas and suggestions.
Qualifications :
Must be available to work the majority of games and events.
