Responsibilities And Duties
- Operate control room equipment contributing to a successful and entertaining live production at Hammond Stadium
- Responsible for setting up and preparing equipment for games/events.
- Perform duties at high level in a fast-paced working environment with great attention to detail.
- Prompt and mandatory attendance at gameday meetings and rehearsals as assigned.
- Assist with shutdown and executing post event production responsibilities.
- Show respect and care for control room equipment and cameras and shared workspaces.
- Be able to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment to elevate live production.
- Exemplify the core characteristics of a strong culture, including strong interpersonal skills, prompt and professional follow-through, and an openness to new ideas and suggestions.
- Prior experience operating video boards or similar equipment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video production, editing, and live broadcast systems.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor stadium environment with varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required during the baseball season.
- Must be available to work majority of games and events
