Project Coordinator
- Seeking Project Coordinator responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring accurate and complete files for projects and programs
- Update system to ensure the data accuracy and integrity are maintained
- Initiate and monitor routing interactions/tasks with external stakeholders as assigned
- Create and distribute correspondence and reports relevant to the team, project or program
- Prepare and submit purchase orders and process contractor invoices
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1 years in general business environment with project coordination and/or administrative support experience preferred
- Skilled with Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint
- Prioritizes effectively across multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
