Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator role supports the planning, execution, and validation of survey logistics and project coordination for retail store operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating survey scope documentation, schedule management, and communication with internal teams and external vendor partners. This position is critical to ensuring seamless execution of visual merchandising initiatives across all store locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate survey logistics in partnership with Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain scope documentation, schedules, and escalation plans.
- Communicate the scope of work to stores and track compliance with survey requests.
- Resolve issues promptly and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Support the Visual Merchandising Project Team in managing project timelines and deliverables.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination, retail operations, or visual merchandising experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Special Requirements:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar).
- Familiarity with retail store operations or visual merchandising processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to dynamic environments, and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
