What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mailroom Manager position at Fort Wayne Newspapers?
This position has responsibility for for optimum deadline performance, quality, and maintaining packaging accuracy. The manager will also maintain a clean and safe work environment in the packaging department while assuring safety policies and OSHA guidelines are met.
Must possess strong people skills, an ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues, and be able to perform under deadline pressure. the ability to communicate effectively with relevant departments and motivate team members is crucial.
Experience with computers is required.
Must be willing to work weekends and evenings to accommodate production schedules.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
