___Job Responsibilities
The Hotel Custodian/Porter is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center’s public areas. The role involves managing daily cleaning operations, ensuring that quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for guests and employees.
___Customer Relations
Interacts positively with customers
Answers questions and/or refers to appropriate FWH department
Take steps to resolve problems and/or refer problems to the appropriate FWH department
Fills in other reasonably-related FWH positions as needed
__Company Policies
Follows all policies, including:
Follows attendance policies
Follows dress code.
Maintains appropriate relations with other employees
- Helping guests with luggage
- Keeping Laundry and Linen clean and stocked
- Bring cots and other guest amenities to guest rooms
- Keeping lobby and other public areas clean
