What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance position at The Queensbury Hotel?
The Queensbury Hotel is located in the heart of Glens Falls, conveniently on the bus line. It is a Historic Hotel property and is the oldest standing hotel in the city.
Duty:
Seeking a self-starter, motivated, responsible individual to assist with the demanding day to day operations in a hotel atmosphere. Previous engineering experience is preferred. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. Weekends and holidays are required. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting guests with various room calls
- Pool tests
- Basic carpentry skills
- Plumbing knowledge
- HVAC knowledge a plus
- Grounds/Maintenance of outdoor areas and more
