What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Services Representative - Member Information Center position at Fort Worth Community Credit Union?
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 9:20 am-6:05 pm and two Saturdays per month 8:30 am-12:30 pm.
Summary: The FSR position performs member services and support via the telephone. Main responsibilities include opening accounts, establishing IRAs, issuing debit cards, handling member inquiries, wires, and transfers, assisting with home banking and bill pay issues, and cross-selling the credit union's products and services.
Requirements: Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year recent financial institution experience. Previous credit union experience with XP2 and/or Meridian Link is desirable. Must be able to sit at a workstation and be comfortable talking on the telephone for extended periods of time. Outstanding customer service skills are essential for this position, including the ability to communicate effectively with tact and professionalism. Additional requirements include knowledge of basic office functions: IT skills (maneuvering around Windows, browser-based applications, email), strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
