Description
The Marketing Analyst will support both Internal Business Development Team Members and Marketing Team Members with a multi-purpose support role consisting of Data Analytics, Process Flow, Accountability, Task Management and full Optimization of the utilization of Salesforce and LinkedIn.
What You'll Do
- Report Management: Work with internal Salesforce administrator to build, modify and monitor reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Design the dashboard that most efficiently conveys the daily data that is needed.
- Strategic Vision: Use available data across multiple platforms to understand the trends and nuances of our business. Use this data to understand and communicate a narrative around the needs of the business. Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on execution of strategy.
- Administrative: Provide administrative support to include weekly updates, ad-hoc reporting, sharing relevant information with the appropriate teams. Prepare reports and documents for Senior Leadership meetings. Work closely with operations team in collecting data for conversion opportunities to support in developing financial goals for each opportunity.
- Sales Support: As needed, serve as support to our sales teams in the field, attend quarterly team meetings, sharing insights on the data that has been collected, participate in new territory outreach, participate in trade shows.
- Marketing Support: Work closely with Marketing Team and Business Development team members to coordinate, report out, facilitate, track and monitor key Marketing initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement new methods to improve the efficiency of accurate information and execution, as well as ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and generally accepted accounting standards.
- Spreadsheet Formatting: process raw data into the appropriate formatting for marketing efforts as needed.
- 1 years prior sales support, customer service, quality assurance experience strongly encouraged.

- Strong proficiency with electronic communication, Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel), and related systems used in the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or hospitality management. Equivalent work experience in the industry acceptable.
