About the Role :

As a Healthcare Talent Acquisition & Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and engaging top talent to building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth onboarding. You'll act as a vital link between healthcare facilities and qualified medical professionals, providing exceptional service to both.

Qualifications :

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls, texts, and emails in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in medical staffing or recruitment is a plus but not required. We encourage motivated individuals with transferable skills to apply.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and developing targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding medical professionals.
  • Sourcing & Candidate Management : Utilize various platforms (e.g., networking, social media, job boards, ATS) to identify and engage potential candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Credentialing : Manage the credentialing process for placed candidates, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Communication & Collaboration : Communicate effectively with clients and candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve shared goals.
  • Performance & Goal Achievement : Work independently to exceed performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Problem Solving : Address employee relations issues as they arise during the recruitment process.
