Experience Must Haves
- Monitoring and Analytics
- Deploy and manage monitoring tools such as Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager to ensure IT systems' health and security.
- Configure and maintain proactive alerting mechanisms in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Analyze data patterns to predict future issues and provide actionable insights.
- Automation Engineering
- Develop and deploy workflows using Power Automate, PowerShell, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Integrate Microsoft Graph API and third-party tools for custom automation solutions.
- Automate device provisioning, compliance management, and patch deployment with Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Create detailed documentation for automation scripts and processes.
- Knowledge Management
- Develop centralized knowledge repositories using SharePoint and Viva Topics.
- Implement workflows in Power Automate to streamline updating, reviewing, and approving knowledge assets.
- Incident and Change Management
- Develop workflows for incident management using Teams, Power Automate, and ITSM tools.
- Respond and facilitate collaboration during critical incidents using Microsoft Teams.
- Track and report on incidents and changes to drive continuous improvement.
- AI Integration and Optimization
- implement AI-driven workflows using Power Automate and AI Builder.
- Develop custom AI models with Azure AI and Machine Learning for predictive analytics.
- Leverage AI tools like Viva Insights for actionable productivity insights.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure AI, ITIL, or related fields.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like SysAid or Jira Service Management.
- Experience with integrating AI solutions at enterprise scale.
- In-depth understanding of uptime and reliability of IT systems and automation workflows.
- Actively work on reducing incidents and mean time to resolution (MTTR).
- Create user satisfaction with knowledge repositories and AI-driven solutions.
- Increase in operational efficiency through automation and predictive analytics.
- Proven 8 years of experience across IT operations, monitoring, automation,
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 E5 tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Topics, Sentinel, and Graph API.
- Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, and Python
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
- Proficiency in AI/ML development, integration with Azure AI, and Machine Learning integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
