We are currently looking to add a Fire Sprinkler Apprentice, which is a full-time position that supports foreman and other team members with the installation of fire sprinkler systems on various types of construction projects including tenant improvement, new construction, underground and retrofit projects. Fire sprinkler systems can mean life and death so quality of work and attention to detail is important. A fire sprinkler apprentice duties include pipe fabrication, the ability to complete various job site tasks efficiently, operate hand and power tools, follow workplace procedures, and to adhere to the company safety policies.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
