Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring that all warehouse activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a safe, effective, and productive warehouse environment. Handle all incoming client calls for service, ensuring excellent customer experience and timely resolution of inquiries.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that deliveries are on time and meet quality standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Perform regular stock audits and report discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently, providing excellent service.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of new warehouse procedures or technologies to increase productivity.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient with warehouse management software (WMS), MS Office Suite, and other inventory management tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one may be required.
• Must be able to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
• Work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures and conditions.

Compensation:

$22 - $27/hour depending on experience

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to stand for 8 hours, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
