OVERVIEW :
Partner Manager plays a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships working with the Directors to drive mutual growth and success. This role is essential for fostering collaboration, expanding market reach, and achieving targets through effective partner management. Strong communication and strategy are key to the success in this role.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES :
- Ensure alignment on expectations, mutual goals, commercial relationships, product needs, service SLAs
- Programmatic relationship for key relationships, regular meeting cadence, site visits, customer reporting, revenue sharing
- Act as first point of contact for potential partnership
- Accountable for accurate business performance data for B2B scorecard roll-up
- Conduct regular meeting and review cadence of health of Channel Partnership with regular reporting to VP
- Have knowledge of processes with product management, technology, service and training to advance Fortis product and services roadmap
- Escalates issues to Dir or VP and leverage and Fortis company resources, to ensure quick and effective resolution Possesses strong sales, customer service, problem solving and solutioning experience with Enterprise level accounts
- Highly collaborative and resourceful with ability to maintain highly functioning relationships with merchant contacts and internal Fortis Stakeholders.
- Develop and provide updates to B2B-ERP team on new partner initiatives
- Accountable for YoY growth of acquisition partners
- Accountable for retention Partners
- Drive new referral Partners
- Liaison between Marketing and B2B-ERP team
- Create real-time contacts from tradeshow connections
- Qualify and schedule potential Partner introductions with Director
- Support contact for high touch partners and tracks issues to provide timely updates to Dir / VP for cadence calls
