Our Lewisville, TX plant is looking for an outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented individual to fill a Customer Relations Support Associate role! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior experience working in a similar role. A high level of computer literacy is required, along with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations. Training will be provided. This position will work in-office, Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm. As the Customer Relations Support associate you will assist internal teams by processing incoming orders, conducting job ticket audits, routing process non-conformances and drafting credit memo requests. As the Customer Relations Support Associate you will also support the CRS team with data entry tasks, as needed, and additional duties, as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders within the ERP system (Radius and additional supporting systems as required) in a timely and accurate fashion for production, inventory release and outside purchases.
- Build and maintain strong and effective internal relationships
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet the customers needs.
- Conduct job ticket audits for compliance to documented processes and procedures.
- Route process non-conformances (PNC) within the Intelex system; ensure all required information and documentation resides in the PNC, assign owner for investigation, and close out upon completion.
- Draft credit memo requests resulting from a process non-conformance (PNC) and route to the Plant Manager for approval.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Administrative or office skills
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Above average competency level on computer and software compatible with job responsibilities; MS Office products, CRM tools, etc.
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detailed with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
- Proactive thinker who can demonstrate clear initiative and ability to work independently

Training Requirements:
- Willing to attend required training courses or sessions related to the job as assigned.
Travel Requirements:
- May include occasional travel to customer facilities or off-site seminars and training.
Physical Demands:
- Sitting, standing, and repetitive tasks of working at a computer.
- Some light office lifting (max 25 lbs) is required.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and subject to random drug screening.
Work Environment:
- Primary work environment is an office.
- Exposure to dust and noise in the production environment.
- Warehouse environment temperatures may be influenced by outside temperatures.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Safety glasses and closed toed shoes are highly recommended while in the production area.
