We are currently seeking a Screening Receptionist, to provide coverage for the screening reception area on a daily basis through maintaining a friendly environment with professionalism and attention to confidentiality at all times.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Daytona Beach, Florida.
*** Work shift: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm NO WEEKENDS***

Other Key Responsibilities
- You will assist with preparation of screening forms containing the correct Volunteer Information Document, Consent and other miscellaneous information for each volunteer attending screening.
- You will check volunteers into the screening department and ensure that the volunteers attending screening complete all necessary documentation accurately.
- Ensure that the screening area is kept tidy during and at the end of the session.
- You will check out the volunteers after the screening session and ensure that they have correct information regarding their screening results.
- Undertake any other duties as required
- Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
- Medical assisting skills
- Phlebotomy experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in reception duties preferred.
