We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Courier/Document Preparation Specialist. You will deliver materials between locations, manage document scanning and preparation tasks, and support various administrative functions. You have a strong sense of organization, the ability to effectively manage physical and digital tasks, and professional driving experience. This onsite, full-time position in Dearborn, MI, requires a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.

WORK SCHEDULE: One American Road, Dearborn Michigan
COMPENSATION: $17.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Courier and Delivery Duties:
- Deliver materials between primary locations in Dearborn, local manufacturing plants, and law offices in southeastern Michigan.
- Receive and unload shipments of documents and ensure accurate delivery to designated locations.

Document Handling:
- Scan and copy physical documents to create digital files (PDFs).
- Sort and scan hard copy mail and email digital copies to appropriate recipients.
- Organize, maintain, and track an onsite collection of documents and boxes.

Administrative Support:
- Monitor and manage the shared courier mailbox; respond to emails promptly and execute delivery/pickup requests.
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Some professional office or corporate as well as driving experience.
- Capable of loading boxes onto carts and walking distances to complete deliveries.
- Must have a valid driver's license and experience driving for work-related tasks.
