We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Production Certification Assessor to join our Instructor Resource Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating aerospace industry courseware and hands-on skills for our clients. This position requires technical expertise, adaptability, and a commitment to upholding high industry standards. Ideal candidates will have a background in aerospace production, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
WORKSITE: Multiple sites ranging from Everett to Puyallup, WA
WORK SCHEDULE: Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Approximately 32 hours/week (flexible based on client demands)
COMPENSATION: $32.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Administer and manage complex evaluation systems for both hands-on and theoretical assessments.
- Evaluate skills in areas such as:
- Electrical, bond, and ground systems
- Seal application and aircraft assembly
- Heavy/light structure drilling
- Fastener and rivet installation
- Power and hand tool usage
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in industrial environments.
- Accurately record and report attendance and grades with 100% precision.
- Stay informed on aerospace industry and compliance standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate updates, issues, or questions promptly to managers.
- Multi-task and manage assessments for multiple clients simultaneously.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

- 1-3 years of experience in training, leadership, or management preferred.
- Hands-on experience in aerospace production or related fields is highly desired.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.
- Additional Requirements:
- U.S. Persons status per Boeing policy.
