We are seeking a Senior Web Software Developer to provide comprehensive support for the CAC Online Web Services (COWS) platform and its associated applications. You will focus on maintaining enterprise-level SharePoint environments, developing interactive web solutions, performing security and compliance tasks, and supporting business continuity efforts. Your experience will include SharePoint administration, application development, project documentation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to modernize and secure the digital infrastructure of the CAC mission.
**Must be a U.S. citizen with favorable background investigation and meet DoD IT Level II/III clearance requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
Maintain 24/7 operational readiness of the COWS environment, including on-call support and incident resolution

Develop and update System Deployment Plans, Architecture Documents, Design Documents, and Security Plans

Perform SharePoint 2021/SPO development and manage system upgrades, configuration, and deployment
-
Apply DoD-mandated STIGs, patches, and updates for security compliance across systems and databases
-
Deliver database administration and documentation for multiple ArmyU SQL Server environments

Manage content for CAC's public-facing portal and internal enterprise SharePoint sites
-
Provide user instruction through videos, handouts, SharePoint schedules, and classroom delivery sessions

Support automation of Army business processes, digital transformation, and ECM efforts

Create user guides, meeting notes, activity reports, dashboards, and summaries for weekly updates

Collaborate on the design, operations, maintenance, and training of Microsoft 365/Army365 platforms
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field

Active compliance with DoD 8140.03/8570.1M (e.g., CE - MCSD App Builder or equivalent)

AR 25-2 IT Level II designation and favorable background check for NIPRNET access

Minimum 3 years experience in programming using Visual Studio and Adobe Creative Suite

Proficient in SharePoint 2021-SPO development and maintenance

Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint Services, and the Client Object Model

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos)

Familiarity with CMMI standards, ITIL/ISO 20000 practices, and cybersecurity frameworks

Preferred: 3 years developing in .NET environments and 5 years creating digital media and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite
