Join a dynamic team supporting the Combined Arms Center's Mission Command Data Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, as a high-impact, intermediate-level Web Software Developer. You will focus on maintaining and enhancing CAC Online Web Services (COWS), SharePoint-based platforms, and related systems. You will be involved in everything from disaster recovery planning to SharePoint instruction, system documentation, and web development in a secure, mission-critical environment.
**Must be a U.S. citizen with favorable background investigation and meet DoD IT Level II/III clearance requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
Administer enterprise-level cArmy platforms ensuring 24x7 availability, including disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response.

Develop and update key system documentation: Business Continuity Plans, Deployment Guides, Architecture Docs, and System Security Plans.

Manage web portal operations and maintenance, including the CAC Public-facing portal and subordinate pages.

Design and deliver SharePoint-based enterprise content management solutions and instructional products (videos, user handouts, training schedules).

Provide web development using Visual Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, CSS3, XML, jQuery, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint Services.

Create and maintain SQL databases, technical documentation, and dashboards for system and project reporting.

Provide Tier 1/2 Helpdesk support, track KPIs, and escalate issues as needed to maintain ITIL and ISO 20000 compliance.

Collaborate in Army business process improvement, automation initiatives, and instruction session coordination.

Support security operations with timely STIGs, patching, and compliance reporting in support of RMF and CORA readiness.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in IT or related field.

DoDM 8140.03 / DoDD 8570.1M IAT Level II or III Certification (e.g., CE - MSCE Productivity Solutions Expert).

AR 25-2 IT Level II clearance eligibility.

3 years of experience in web development using Visual Studio and Adobe Creative Suite.

2 years of experience working with SharePoint 2021 or SharePoint Online (SPO) platform.

Hands-on expertise in HTML5, XML, CSS3, jQuery, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Client Object Model.

Strong UI/UX design capabilities from concept to delivery for new and existing digital platforms.

Excellent communication skills with experience developing user documentation, instructional handouts, and training videos.

Preferred - 3 years developing in .NET within a SharePoint 2021/SPO environment.

Preferred - 5 years working with Adobe Creative Suite (all versions)
