We are seeking a Technical Instructor & Course Developer to support the Combined Arms Center (CAC) Enterprise SharePoint environment. As a Technical Instructor & Course Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training and user experiences through course development, instructional products, and digital resources that support Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint 2021/SPO, and related Army collaboration tools. You will be a key part in enhancing CAC's digital workplace maturity and process automation goals.
**Must be a U.S. citizen with favorable background investigation and meet DoD IT Level II/III clearance requirements.

WORK SCHEDULE: Start Date: June 23, 2025 | Duration: 7 months
PAY RATE: $26/hour - $31/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
Develop, deliver, and update instructional materials, schedules, and classroom handouts for Microsoft 365, SharePoint 2021/SPO, InfoPath, and Teams.

Create detailed, user-friendly technical and training documentation including System Deployment Guides, Design Documents, System Security Plans, User Guides, and Project Reports.

Maintain CAC Portal instructional pages for training registration and certificate access.

Lead SharePoint-based content development and UI/UX interface design from concept to deployment.

Support continuity planning, disaster recovery, system operations, patching, and compliance in accordance with DoD directives.

Maintain web and content services including the CAC Restricted Public-facing Portal and subordinate sites.

Operate and administer ArmyU SQL Server databases in compliance with DoD security requirements.

Collect, document, and present weekly summaries of platform status, project updates, user feedback, and KPIs using SharePoint dashboards.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.

Minimum of three years practical experience training on Microsoft Office and SharePoint (2021 and SPO).

Certified under DoD 8140.03 / DoDD 8570.1M (IAT Level II or III).

IT Level III designation under AR 25-2.

Proven ability to design instructional and visual materials, including short instructional videos, handouts, and live training sessions.

Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level collaboration environments with compliance to STIGs and RMF.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office M365, and web-based graphic/marketing products (preferred).

Strong background in developing outreach, training, and rich media content with a focus on SharePoint usability and branding (preferred).

Ability to support helpdesk functions, database administration, and platform maintenance aligned to ITIL and ISO 20000 standards.
