Location : Hybrid - Tampa, FL (1-2 weeks onsite per month)

The Senior NetSuite Developer plays a critical role in engineering and enhancing the NetSuite ERP system to support business initiatives and promote company growth within ConnectWise. This position involves close collaboration with the Business Applications team to ensure the system’s functionality is perfectly aligned with business goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality support to the IT team with keen attention to detail.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis, document findings and developments effectively.
• Provide mentorship to other team members which may include coaching, reviewing, and delegating work.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and functionalities responsive to business needs.
• Write custom code to fulfill specific user requirements.
• Manage users, roles, security settings, profiles, and workflow rules.
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to safeguard data integrity.
• Enhance and customize internal billing methods and tools.
• Collaborate on strategic projects involving financial applications and processes.
• Analyze and optimize application performance and stability.
• Communicate efficiently with impacted user groups and coordinate efforts.
• Tailor NetSuite configurations to company-specific forms, field, and customer records to meet unique business process requirements.
• Ensure business needs and functional requirements are effectively configured in NetSuite and related IT financial systems.
• Design and integrate changes to existing systems or facilitate the integration of new systems as required.
• Drive process improvements through systematic solutions.
• Document essential customizations, reports, and capabilities with a clear understanding.
• Actively troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
