Position Summary:
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
The Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborate with the marketing department staff to prioritize, schedule, print, and produce projects to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with planning and execution of promotional activities
- Production of all promotional assets
- Proofread projects you are responsible for to ensure accuracy, brand guidelines, and quality.
- Manage and operate all print production equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs of work-in-progress, time devoted to projects, and materials used.
- Manage and maintain graphic files, including photos, logos, and other art.
- Print marketing materials such as flyers, signs, and posters for in-house use.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are brand-aligned and adhere to the company's visual identity standards and style guidelines.
- Manage pre-production tasks such as preparing files for print production, ensuring proper resolution and color calibration when necessary.
- Ensure final design proofs for approved before print and distribution.
- Manage production timelines and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Keep up to date with current trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of marketing materials.
- Work collaboratively with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and regulations for all design materials.
- Utilize pre-approved templates for all in-house small print requests.

Qualifications – Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field or at least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in print production, with a strong understanding of printing processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in printed materials.
- Strong portfolio highlighting a range of design skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, graphic design or related field or 8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
