Pay Grade: Grade 3
Starting Wage: $49,701.70 - $74,552.55
Gaming Class: Compact/Gaming

Position Summary:

As a Marketing Production Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the production of printed marketing materials to support various initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external teams and printers to ensure the efficient and accurate production of printed assets while adhering to brand guidelines and quality standards.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:

The Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for the following duties:

  • Collaborate with the marketing department staff to prioritize, schedule, print, and produce projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with planning and execution of promotional activities
  • Production of all promotional assets
  • Proofread projects you are responsible for to ensure accuracy, brand guidelines, and quality.
  • Manage and operate all print production equipment.
  • Maintain accurate logs of work-in-progress, time devoted to projects, and materials used.
  • Manage and maintain graphic files, including photos, logos, and other art.
  • Print marketing materials such as flyers, signs, and posters for in-house use.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials are brand-aligned and adhere to the company's visual identity standards and style guidelines.
  • Manage pre-production tasks such as preparing files for print production, ensuring proper resolution and color calibration when necessary.
  • Ensure final design proofs for approved before print and distribution.
  • Manage production timelines and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
  • Keep up to date with current trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of marketing materials.
  • Work collaboratively with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright laws and regulations for all design materials.
  • Utilize pre-approved templates for all in-house small print requests.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications – Education and Experience:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field or at least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in print production, with a strong understanding of printing processes and techniques.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in printed materials.
  • Strong portfolio highlighting a range of design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in marketing, graphic design or related field or 8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing principles.


Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and requires overall good mental and physical health.

Physical Demands:

Job-specific abilities and requirements include:

Ability to stand, and/or sit, and/or walk extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders.
Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.
Ability to perform repetitive motion from use of a computer.
20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
Ability to crouch, and/or crawl, and/or kneel.
