Job Description

Under the direction of the Manager, Training & Development, the Associate Training and Development Specialist creates/facilitates/maintains training for associates.

Position location – This is a remote role.

RESPONSIBLIITIES:

• Use established tools to design, develop and implement innovative training
• Partner with subject matter experts to gain access to source material and associated relevant content
• Work with associates on the Training team in creating, coordinating and facilitating training across multiple formats
• Maintain learning management system access and content as directed
• Ensure that training is tracked, warehoused and maintained per Training & Development protocol
• Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience presenting content in an engaging, professional manner
• Good time management skills
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year of experience creating, facilitating and maintaining training content
• One year of experience developing e-learning, using industry authoring tools
• One year of learning management system administration experience

Additional Information

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $44,000 USD - $60,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.  In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
