About the Job
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a well-maintained manufacturing environment with a team that specializes in assembling door components from start to finish. Your tasks may include setting up jobs, adjusting machinery, observing machine processing, cross-training in multiple production functions, and notifying supervisors of improvement opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
As a key member of our production team, your duties will include:

1. Focusing on safety and adhering to safety initiatives.
2. Maintaining good housekeeping and organization of work areas according to 6S principles.
3. Positioning work, setting up jobs, and operating machinery efficiently.
4. Ensuring proper functioning of machines and production of high-quality products.
5. Cross-training in various production functions such as assembly, preparation, packaging, and more.
6. Notifying Group Leaders or Supervisors of potential improvements.
7. Performing assigned assembly work according to standard procedures.
8. Paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy and quality in processes and products.
9. Effective communication within the production team is essential.
10. Demonstrating job performance that supports Safety, Service, Quality, and Productivity objectives.
11. Following Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
