The ideal candidate has 710 years of experience managing electromechanical and product development projects with strong skills in problemsolving managing budgets and working with global teams. Proficient in Microsoft tools and familiar with engineering processes like FMEA and DFMA they excel at guiding crossfunctional teams and delivering results in fastpaced environments. Adaptable and detailoriented they are ready to travel as needed and drive successful project outcomes.
This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule based in our headquarters in Deerfield IL at least 3 days per week (Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday).
What you will be doing :
- Guide crossfunctional teams to deliver platform projects from start to finish.
- Use the Fortune Brands Product Development Process to design and launch products that meet cost quality timing and customer standards.
- Drive product development and supply chain activities focusing on speed to market budgets and product costs.
- Act as the main point of contact for Global Product Development with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ensure projects launch on time meet deliverables and stay within budget.
- Collaborate across teams (Engineering Marketing Operations) to streamline innovation and platforming efforts.
- Oversee team performance and manage risks to meet project goals.
- Provide regular updates through executive reviews and reports.
- Conduct postlaunch reviews to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage critical resources to achieve results.
