Where this role sits:
- You'll report to our Director of Growth, whose team is charged with subscription acquisition, driving engagement, and consumer revenue for Fortune.
- You'll partner closely with the Consumer Marketing, Product, Editorial, Audience Development, and BI teams to develop successful marketing campaigns aimed at growing consumer revenue through improved site click-through, registrations and conversion rates.
Your remit:
Develop, execute, and analyze data-driven site marketing campaigns that grow subscriptions and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Create a brand-relevant marketing calendar that includes an A/B testing schedule to optimize the subscription experience and drive better conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Editorial, Audience Development, and Product teams to ideate, size, prioritize, and execute onsite marketing acquisition efforts that achieve revenue and engagement goals.
- Partner with the creative team and project manager for setup and execution of campaigns, ensuring successful deployment and conducting final quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the Consumer Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Take ownership of marketing results, evaluating performance against relevant KPIs and goals.

Compensation:
Total compensation including Base Salary and Discretionary Annual bonus $112,000.00 to $132,000.00
