Forty Niner is seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Assistant/Secretary to provide administrative and marketing support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for contributing to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
* Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
* Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
* Order and maintain office supplies.
Marketing Support:
* Assist in the coordination of marketing events and campaigns.
* Maintain and update social media accounts and website content.
* Create and distribute marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, email newsletters).
* Conduct market research and gather data for marketing reports.
* Assist in the creation of presentations and marketing proposals.
* Monitor and track marketing campaign performance.
* Assist with the creation of social media content.
* Manage and update customer databases.
* Assist with SEO related tasks.
General Duties:
* Provide general support to the Director of Marketing and other departments as needed.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
* Proficiency in Google Worksuite
* Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to learn new programs quickly.
* Familiarity with SEO concepts a plus.* Familiarity with Adobe Products a plus. * Familiarity with Restaurant Industry a plus.
