What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Associate position at Forum Communications?
With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with our high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Research and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist internal customer service and sales with invoice related topics
- Daily invoicing of completed jobs from production. Detect actual versus estimated variances and make corrections to the job costing system as needed. Scan & email, or mail invoices to customers.
- Processing customer payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve differences
- Distribute AR statements monthly
- File production tickets and maintain record retention as needed
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Assist with related special projects and other duties, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Expected compensation for this role is between $21 and $23 / hour, based on qualifications and
experience.
