Job Summary:
The Product Line Director is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the Artificial Lift product lines, from initial concept through development, launch, and post-launch performance. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership to ensure the product line meets business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement product line strategies that align with the company s overall business goals.
- Marketing & Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify market size, trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Assist in development of marketing collateral including case studies, presentations and other customer facing communications.
- Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining product requirements, working with engineering and design teams, and managing timelines.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix of products that meet market demands and profitability targets.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product performance.
- Customer Focus: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, making adjustments to the product line as necessary to meet customer expectations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the product line budget, including cost analysis, pricing strategies, and profitability tracking.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Education
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Required Experience
- Working technical knowledge of Artificial Lift products such as Rod lift, Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP), Gas Lift, Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP), Plunger Lift or Hydraulic Lift. (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, or Technical Engineering Design experience of Artificial Lift products.
