Summary :
Provides advanced support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area. May be responsible for performing office tasks such as filing and / or maintaining confidential records, processing transactions and other similar duties. May prepare reports, presentations or correspondence. Follows organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks. May support in facilitating logistics of functional group. May handle special projects as assigned. Works under limited supervision.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Obtain PO’s for order and upload all paperwork into system
- Develop and maintain current filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Support sales staff with quotes and updated reports
- Maintain contact lists of customers
- Submit orders in portals and review pending sales
- Provide general support to corporate for general admin research help
- Act as the point of contact for external clients as needed
- All other duties, as assigned.
