$4B boutique Credit focused Hedge Fund is seeking a Controller. The CFO is an excellent mentor and colleague, the Managing Partner believes in taking care of his own, and the firm provides work life balance (make it home for dinner with the family).
CFO is looking for an experienced Controller to drive monthly NAV closings and reconciliations in distressed credit and emerging markets, ensure seamless financial statement audits, tax estimates/tax compliance, K-1s, review fund administrators' work, assist with automation efforts, and supervise and lead two fund accountants. Credit exposure is a must, Geneva experience is a plus, and ability to work in office Monday through Thursday, Friday WFH.
