Clearly explain the RGCC testing process, adjunctive therapies, and follow-up care, making complex information easy to understand.
Offer empathy and encouragement, addressing emotional and practical patient concerns.
Journey Coordination
Schedule appointments, coordinate testing, and manage communication between patients, clinical staff, and external laboratories.
Maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is completed, compliant, and organized.
Monitor and track the RGCC testing and treatments to ensure timely follow-ups and treatment plans.
Experience Creation
