Position Overview:We are seeking an organized, professional Client Care Coordinator to handle client intakes, scheduling, and marketing activities. This full-time remote role operates from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While remote, participation in occasional staff events is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Intake & Scheduling: Serve as the first point of contact, collect client info, schedule appointments, and handle changes/cancellations.
- Client Communication: Provide excellent service through various channels, ensuring clients feel supported.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, assist with data entry, and support office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in client care, customer service, or administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Exceptional skill in mastering new scheduling systems and maximizing their capabilities for optimal performance,
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
