YOUR TASKS
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Equipment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting test equipment used in the development and production of automotive components. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain Test equipment for testing Printed circuit board (PCB) & Automotive electronic product to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Troubleshoot and repair test equipment as needed.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement testing procedures & new Test equipment.
Preventive maintenance of Various Test fixtures & Test equipment.
Ensure calibration of Test equipment on timely manner.
Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintain Test equipment KPI – Technical availability & First pass yield.
Provide training and support to production staff on the use of test equipment.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in test equipment technology.
Qualifications
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in test equipment maintenance.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive testing standards.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.
