Key Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality products.
- Conduct thorough audits of suppliers to assess their capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate agreements.
- Continuously monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure they meet our expectations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
