About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. As a member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Your primary focus will be on managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns on a daily basis, working closely with Production and Engineering teams. You will also coach and train operators, GAP leaders, and supervisors on quality principles and customer specifics.
In addition, you will champion QSE activities, manage the quality system through UAPs, and support continuous improvements using quality tools and data analysis. You will conduct investigations to determine causes of defects and make recommendations for corrective action.
