Director of ERP Implementation
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of ERP Implementation to lead our technology initiatives and drive our digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, with specific expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and ERP implementation. This role is critical in ensuring our IT infrastructure supports our strategic goals and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- M&A Integration: Lead IT due diligence and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless technology integration and data migration.
- ERP Implementation: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP systems to enhance business processes and data management.
- Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cybersecurity: Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data and systems.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on M&A and ERP implementation.
- Proven track record of successful ERP system implementations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
