This individual will work closely with the CEO and have a keen involvement with the various personal bookkeeping and logistics associated with their running of operations in the construction, real estate, and development sectors primarily.
We seek an assistant who is exceptionally caring, courteous, kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys working in a ‘service oriented’ role to assist the CEO, and his large and growing! We seek a ‘service minded’ individual(s) who naturally and truly enjoys serving others – particularly senior officer support.
Daily duties include but are not limited to : extensive executive support by providing detailed notetaking, appointment making and attending, phone work, extensive follow up for dozens of items and duties, light office clerical work, typing, scanning, filing, traditional accounts payable, online banking, extensive online shopping and / or returns, purchases, pick-up and drop off of many items.
Administrative work includes : Careful monitoring and processing of highly important incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence. Routine services via U.S. mail, Fed Ex, UPS. Desk work includes but is not limited to : Digitizing and electronic filing of various bills, receipts, accounts payable, legal-documents, and careful computerized bookkeeping and recording. Basic bookkeeping skills are required.
Ideal candidate has two or more years of experience as an executive, administrative, or personal assistant to high-level executives or a career tracking towards business, paralegal or accounting roles.
Assistant(s) may be required to routinely drive for, or with, executives to and from properties in company vehicle(s), and many other business locations, including airport drop off and pick up, and other driving for many company or personal duties.
Routine shopping for various kinds of goods, services, products, travel, airline tickets, rental car reservations, dinner reservations, gift shopping, etc. etc. is routine and required.
Work structure : Office Based in a commutable area of Spartanburg SC.
