Our client, a respected CCRC campus in the Charleston, SC area is seeking a community-facing Administrator to join the leadership team at this community. The selected candidate should be a current SC-licensed LNHA with excellent business and operations acumen to assume full responsibility for the Healthcare function of the campus, being responsible for all operations of the Healthcare building serving 90 residents. This facility is licensed for skilled / medicare and long-term care and rehab services.
This leader will be supported by a dedicated team of operations managers and the total Operations revenue managed will be in the $4 - $6 M range. He / she should be a people-focused leader with excellent team management skills and a passion for serving senior residents and family members.
