The candidate will consult on workforce strategies, talent management, performance and feedback, compensation planning, succession planning, talent development and other strategic HR needs. Key responsibilities include aligning business objectives with people strategies, developing leaders and teams, and promoting an inclusive culture.
- Serves as a trusted business partner and consultant to senior leaders in the organization.
- Collaborates with Regional Managing Partner and firm leaders to identify business priorities and leverage HR strategy to support those priorities and build consistency across the firm.
- Ensures alignment of the people strategy, programs, and tools with business objectives, and advises on the development and implementation of the people strategy.
- Uses knowledge of the business to identify trends/themes, communicates finding and provides meaningful recommendations to senior leadership.
- Translates data and insights into action and lead implementation of organizational solutions.
- Strategic advisor collaborating across HR Leadership team, helping inform Firm strategy for compensation, benefits, and policies; employee relations matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and engagement; and training and development.
- Provides guidance and leadership to the regional HR team.
- Ensures compliance and maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HR Development, or a related field of study
- 8 years or more of progressive HR Experience
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- HR experience in a professional services environment
- Leadership/supervisory experience
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR
