What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 Event Managment Intern Breese Stevens Field/Forward Madison FC position at Forward Madison FC/Breese Stevens Field?
Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for assisting in the planning, marketing, and execution of events at Breese Stevens Field and its operating entity, Big Top Events. This position will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to perform all duties and expectations. Events include large scale concerts, Forward Madison FC matches, The Bodega markets, Curd Fest, and other special/private events produced by Breese Stevens Field or by third party organizations.
Our Expectations:
- Maintain an active Breese Stevens Field marketing presence through social media, website, and email marketing.
- Create content, thematic posts, respond to inquiries, and design creative and engaging content/graphics in Canva.
- Play an active role in marketing The Bodega Series, Curd Fest, and other BSF events through designated social media channels, mass email, et al.
- Play an active role in planning BSF events, including marketing and promotion, themes, entertainment, and assisting with vendor relations.
- Play an active role in mass communications related to events through designated social media channels, mass email, video board, et al.
- Learn and confidently operate facility A/V systems in the Forward Club, press box, and video board as needed.
- Display exceptional customer service to create a top-notch fan experience at each event, when applicable.
- Work concerts, FMFC matches, BSF special events, among other events as designated.

About You:
Very organized and thrives in multi-tasking environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.- Previous experience with Canva or related design program preferred
- Creative thinker and problem solver that assumes goodwill and focuses on solution-based thinking.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, event attendees, and vendors.
- Loves the thrill of live events, big and small!
