6 month Contract Role
Onsite - Buellton, CA
Pay Transparency: $44-55/hr (On W2)
Responsibilities:
- System Management: maintenance of the HRIS system, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HRIS by conducting regular audits and updates.
- Data Entry: Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy and efficiency to support the functionality of the HRIS system.
- User Support: Provide technical support to HR and Payroll staff and end-users, helping them navigate and utilize the HRIS system effectively.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support project decision-making and strategic planning.
- Compliance: Ensure the HRIS system complies with all relevant regulations and company policies, including data privacy and security standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, procedures, and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Processes
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, and strong data management and reporting skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support end-users.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
