Job Title: Sales Associate
Reports To: Sales Manager
Division: Forward Remodeling
Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for communicating the benefits of the company’s products in order to drive sales. Serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects and customers. Responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Compiles lists of prospective clients to provide leads for additional business
- Sets up client and prospect meetings to better understand their needs
- Educates clients and prospects on company products and services
- Actively generates sales and sales leads
- Work with Marketing Team and various marketing systems to generate email campaigns
- Works with teams throughout the organization to round out business
- Develops long-term relationships with clients
- Develop networking opportunities
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks or projects independently or with a team.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Prioritizes workload in order to manage time effectively, complete work within deadlines and produce accurate results.
- High proficiency in Excel and Word.
Education/Experience:
- Prior outside sales experience in residential roofing and/or siding.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
