A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE ESTIMATOR As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing detailed estimates for projects by reviewing construction documents, analyzing plans, and ensuring all materials and labor are accounted for. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth pre-construction process and assist project managers with local project quotes. Your daily tasks will include reviewing bid requirements, soliciting quotes from subcontractors, and documenting assumptions throughout the bidding process. You will also track bid results, analyze project costs, and contribute to ensuring projects remain on budget and on time.
