Position: Inventory Warehouse Lead
Compensation: $19-$22 per hour
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
- The Warehouse Associate Lead is responsible for their departmental organization,
- Assist supervisors with scheduling of staff, and on the floor delegating the warehouse workload according to the day-to-day work plan.
- Responsible for leading by example in contributing to warehouse safety, assignment accuracy, productivity levels, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in coordinating & training warehouse activities under the direction of their Supervisor.
- Responsible for following Standard Operating Procedures & assisting teammates to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience supervising a 3PL warehouse is a plus
- Minimum of 1-2 years working in inventory control
- Familiarity with managing to a P&L
- Candidate must be strong with using Excel, Word, and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
- Understanding and working knowledge of UPS WorldShip and FedEx Power ship
- Proficient experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with candidates and employees
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- This candidate must be able to work effectively in a highly cross-functional organization, as well as work independently
- Requires the ability to make judgments and work with minimum supervision
