We seek to hire a driven entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Broker to assist us in our next level of growth. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for driving, coordinating and organizing all aspects of tasks related to Company Real Estate transactions.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities
  • Staying current on industry trends and researching local markets
  • Marketing company property listings
  • Negotiating leases and purchase and sales agreements
  • Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Hold an active Indiana Real Estate Broker's license
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Real Estate experience required
  • Computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and other business related software is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively network, to make and keep relationships in the market
  • Proforma and P&L responsibility preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work closely with team members.
  • Must be able to travel (drive) to locations regularly
