The WMS Coordinator works under the direction of the Operations Manager.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Serves as trainer to all operational departments; updates according to change management protocols.
- Collaborate with all departments to assist in driving end to end process consistency and effectiveness related to Company goals and objectives.
- Interact with employees to answer questions, train and perform software demonstrations as requested.
- Assists with recording and tracking all troubleshooting requests as a means to identify trends as well as utilize as a continuous improvement vehicle to improve software and create efficiencies across all business units.
- Provide initial troubleshooting support and escalate issues to the WMS Manager/Operations Manager as required
- Maintain required records, reports and files in an organized manner in paperless format.
- Participates in projects that drive continual improvement throughout the organization.
- Interacts and collaborates with all levels of the organization to drive process changes and is innovative in support of the company objectives.
- Advocates for the adoption of best practices to ensure standardization across all business units and their respective functions.
- Participates in client transitions from legacy WMS to new WMS, including warehouse setup
- Manages WMS backorders, by client, ensuring SLAs are met including hospital cart maintenance and corrections
- Assist with warehouse, inventory, and production duties as need.
- Assists with special projects from time to time as required and performs other job- related duties as requested.
- 2-3 years of working experience in relative field with relevant WMS experience
- Exceptional computer skills within Microsoft Office Suite and must have a thorough understanding of how business software systems interrelate.
- Inventory software experience specifically working with WMS.
- Must be detailed orientated and well organized with leadership skills and the ability to follow established process, procedures and work instruction,
- Exhibits the ability to collaborate inter-departmentally and Clients with ease.
