Foshee Residential Management Company, LLC (“Foshee”)has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager in our Mobile, AL area. Foshee Management Company currently manages 15 apartment communities in the Mobile area totaling 2,901 apartments.
This full-time position is responsible for the day-to-day functions for a Foshee owned and/or managed properties.
Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
- Manages the financial responsibilities of the property including annual budget.
- With the assistance of the Regional Property Manager and the Director of Maintenance, identifies and coordinates the maintenance activities and priorities within budgetary limits.
- Responsible for the marketing activities of the property to ensure budgeted occupancy goals.
- Manages staff including Assistant Managers, Leasing personnel, Maintenance personnel and others.
- Coordinates social activities to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
- Assess property security requirements and recommend changes as necessary.
- Qualifications / Experience Necessary:
- Project based Section 8, TRACS, and EIV experience preferred
- Education – High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Years of Experience – 5 years’ prior experience managing properties with direct supervision of staff.
- Certifications/Licensure – Must have valid Driver’s License. Prefer CAM/CPM or equivalent.
- Computer Skills – Proficient in MS Office; Previous OneSite experience is a plus!
- Other – Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules, requirements, and scope. Cooperative and engaging team spirit with collaborative work groups. Significant customer service experience.
